Your agreement #
By creating a KAXANTA account, you agree to these Terms. They form a binding contract between you and Marius Misiūnas. They are written to be readable, not impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, email privacy@kaxanta.com and we will clarify.
KAXANTA is a tool for reflection, not a replacement for medical, legal, or financial advice. Use the insights it offers; don't outsource your life to them.
Nature of the service #
KAXANTA provides cosmic and metaphysical chart analysis combining nine traditional systems — Human Design, Western Astrology, Ba Zi, Numerology, Feng Shui, Qi Men Dun Jia, Xuan Kong Da Gua, Water Formula, and Zi Wei Dou Shu — alongside an AI-powered chat assistant that speaks as KAXANTA.
This service is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, financial, psychological, legal, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on the output of this service to make important life decisions without consulting qualified professionals.
Your account #
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the service as intended. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
- One account per person. No sharing login credentials.
- Birth data should be your own (or provided with explicit consent if charting someone else).
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible.
No warranty on accuracy #
While we strive for accuracy, KAXANTA makes no guarantees regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any chart data, transit calculations, or AI-generated interpretations. KAXANTA can produce errors, hallucinations, or misleading statements.
You are responsible for what you do with KAXANTA's output. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions you make based on what you read here.
Subscription & billing #
KAXANTA has a free tier (Explorer) and paid tiers (Seeker, Visionary). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically month to month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for one year; after the first year they do not renew for another fixed year — they continue month-to-month at the then-current standard monthly price, and you can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the billed month. You can also cancel any contract without logging in via the Cancel contracts here page.
The price shown is the total price you pay. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable tax, as EU consumer law requires, and nothing is added at checkout. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your subscription. If that changes, the displayed price stays the total you pay — the tax comes out of it, not on top of it.
Cancellation, any time
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. No exit surveys, no dark patterns — one click.
EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Contact privacy@kaxanta.com within 14 days with a clear statement of your decision. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method.
If you request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided, we will begin providing the service immediately upon your confirmation.
Other jurisdictions
Outside the EU/EEA, you may cancel any time through Account Settings. Where local consumer protection law provides a cooling-off period or right to a refund, those rights apply in addition to the cancellation terms above.
Acceptable use #
Don't do things that would make the service worse for other people or for us:
- Don't scrape, mirror, or resell the service.
- Don't reverse-engineer the calculations to build a competing product.
- Don't use KAXANTA to generate content that harasses, defames, or targets specific individuals.
- Don't attempt to breach security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use birth data of a specific person without their explicit consent.
Violations may lead to account suspension. Serious violations (unauthorised access, impersonation) will be reported to authorities where applicable.
Intellectual property #
"Human Design" is a trademark claimed by Jovian Archive Media Pte. Ltd. KAXANTA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Jovian Archive. Ba Zi, Western Astrology, Pythagorean Numerology, Feng Shui, and the other systems we interpret belong to the cultures that developed them — we are interpreters, not owners.
KAXANTA's software implementation, user interface, original interpretive texts, and AI persona are proprietary. Your data — birth info, conversations, memory — is yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of running the service. That licence ends when you delete your account.
Liability & warranties #
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
Subject to the above, KAXANTA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Ending this agreement #
You can end this agreement any time by deleting your account in Account Settings → Privacy. We can end it if you seriously violate these Terms, with 30 days' notice except in cases of immediate harm.
Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, dispute resolution) continue after termination.
Law & disputes #
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are first attempted in good-faith negotiation for 30 days; if unresolved, legal proceedings are brought in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumer rights mandatory under your local jurisdiction take precedence where applicable.
EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of the member state in which they are domiciled (Regulation EU 1215/2012). The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
UK consumers — nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as applicable.
