This inform step is the piece most Manifesting Generators skip — and the source of much of the resistance they encounter. Speed is a gift, but alignment requires both steps.
The Sacral Response Comes First
Like the pure Generator, the Manifesting Generator must begin from a genuine gut-level response rather than mental initiation. When they skip the response and go straight to action from the head, the resulting work tends to hit obstacles and feel unsatisfying. The Sacral confirmation is the green light that unlocks the Manifesting Generator's full energetic power.
Why Informing Removes Resistance
The Manifestor component of the Manifesting Generator's design means their actions ripple out and affect others — often more than they realise. When they inform first, others can prepare, adjust, and support rather than react defensively. The common experience of 'people blocking my plans' often dissolves when the inform step is added consistently.
Practising Both Steps
A useful daily practice is to notice when you are about to act on something and ask: did I respond, or did I initiate? Did I inform the people who will be affected? Answering these two questions before acting can dramatically reduce friction and increase the sense of flow that is the Manifesting Generator's natural state when in alignment.
